New Year's Blessings

We at Faith Baptist Church hope that each and every one of you had a wonderful Christmas season. As you look back on the gifts you received this past Christmas and look forward to the New Year, we would like to remind you that all good gifts come from God (James 1:17). It is our goal for each one of you to receive the blessings that can only be found in the center of God's will this new year. The best place to find His will for your life is to be faithful to His house. We hope to see you in each service this upcoming year.

Ministry Opportunities

We have special bibles for truck drivers! If you know of someone who has need of this special ministry, please let us know.

We have been blessed to have a new ministry added to our church,  New Hanover House of Wilmington, an assisted living facility that has about 90 residents, 32 of which have been saved in the past 6 months! Praise the Lord for new opportunities! Please pray for this ministry.

Please continue to pray for our bus ministry. The church needs bus workers to step up, go out on visitation, and drive people to church.

We have a special van for disabled persons. If you have need of this service, please call the church at 791-4835 for more information.

Community Outreach of Faith Baptist Church!

Our  Pastor, Frank Hackworth is the main instructor, both having high degrees of Black Belts in several disciplines. He teaches Godly principles while at the same time teaching the arts. Cost for the lessons are only $5.00 per week (1 session on Saturday AM - 9:00 AM -11:00 AM). If you have ever wanted to learn one of the martial arts, this is a great opportunity! For more information, please contact the church office at (910) 791-4835.

There came then his brethren and his mother, and, standing without, sent unto him, calling him.

And the multitude sat about him, and they said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren without seek for thee.

And he answered them, saying, Who is my mother, or my brethren?

And he looked round about on them which sat about him, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!

For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.
